Pretty on the model but shorter than I expected so not practical as a house dress better used as a nighty - expensive for what it is but well made

The Fleur is actually designed and cut as a nightie first, with a shorter hem that's intentional, part of the piece's playfulness and a bit of romance built into the design, rather than a full-coverage daytime cut. It's meant to feel a little special after dark, which is also why it translates so beautifully as loungewear once you're home and settled in. We know the "lounge dress" name can set an expectation of full daytime coverage, so this is genuinely useful feedback for us on how we describe it.

Crinkled, mark on fabric, no carevwith packaging. Shoved in a post bag. Emailed them with absolutely no reply. Would not recommend at all.

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m so sorry your order arrived in a way that took away from what should have been such a special moment for your daughter’s 18th. To escalate our return process, could you please email us a couple of photos showing the mark on the garment? We’d like to independently review this with our quality control team. Creasing can naturally occur during packing and transit, but the mark you’ve described is not expected. We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, though your feedback is timely. We’ve heard similar feedback and are actively looking for a better balance between a special unboxing experience and our commitment to minimising waste. We’d love to make this right. Stunning but very short

This is a beautiful high quality nightie. It is, however, very very short (I am 5'8") and it only just covers me. I will return it and hope for a more realistically sized version to come out.
