Local Shipping Procedure- Bespoke Items

We use Australia Post and Flash Couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post and Flash Couriers tracking number. For standard shipping of bespoke items please allow 10-12 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping of bespoke items please allow 8-10 working days for your order to arrive. We charge a flat rate of AUD$10.00 for all local standard shipping and AUD$15.00 for all local express shipping as amended from time to time.

 

Local Shipping Procedure- Non-Bespoke Items

We use Australia Post and Flash Couriers as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for orders within Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post and Flash Couriers tracking number. For standard shipping of non-bespoke items please allow 4-5 working days for your order to arrive. For express shipping of bespoke items please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. We charge a flat rate of AUD$10.00 for all local standard shipping and AUD$15.00 for all local express shipping as amended from time to time.

 

International Shipping Procedure

We ship internationally using Australia Post and DHL as chosen at our complete discretion and amended from time to time for all orders outside Australia. All shipments should have an Australia Post or DHL Tracking number. For non-bespoke items please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. For bespoke items please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive. We charge a flat rate of AUD$30.00 for all international shipping as amended from time to time. Any taxes or duties charged at the international destination are the responsibility of the buyer. Please see below guidance for thresholds where duties and taxes are payable.  This information is provided as guidance only and is in no way binding.

Pre-Order Shipping Procedure

We provide an approximate delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that these dates are an indication only and whilst we aim to deliver on schedule we are not responsible or liable for any delays that may occur from time to time. Returns and Exchanges

Terms of Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchange on bespoke items unless faulty or defective so please choose carefully when selecting from the bespoke range. We aim to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery on all items excluding our bespoke range if the goods are returned to us and we receive the goods in new conditions and with the tags still attached. Please contact info@jasmineandwill.com for a return number.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not sent back to us or received by us within 14 days of delivery, are not in new condition, or have missing tags. All return costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective or faulty. If the goods are determined to be defective by us we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking number as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods. All goods remain your property until received at the Jasmine and Will Head Office. Should you wish to exchange your item we will assume that costs for delivering the new items but not for the return of items you wish to exchange.

 

Shipping your Returns

We provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery on all items with the exception of our bespoke range (please refer to our ‘Returns’ section) at our sole discretion. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective. We recommend that you use a postal service with tracking as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods. The goods remain the customers property until received at the Jasmine and Will Head Office. Should you wish to exchange your item we will assume the costs for delivering the new items but not for the return of items you wish to exchange.
